Heineken Bar Light Cash Register Light Great Vintage Advertising Piece
Perfect for Mancave or Home Bar – Tested Works Perfectly
DESCRIPTION:
Vintage Heineken fluorescent bar light. These were commonly used as a cash register light in bars and restaurants. The Heineken is applied to a thick beveled Lucite clear piece with a [Heineken] dark-green metal back plate which sit in a slot over the light, lighting up the Heineken logo plate and “PROUDLY SERVED” on the base. Lucite with backing piece are held in place with 2 thumbscrews. It has a push button to turn it on and off on the back.
IDENTIFYING MARKS, SIGNATURES OR WORDING:
“IMPORTED, Heineken, HOLLAND BEER”, “PROUDLY SERVED”. Casing imprinted with- “Exclusive U.S. Importers: Van Munching & Co., Inc., N.Y., N.Y.”, “DESIGNED AND MANUFACTURED BY PHASE FOUR PRODUCTIONS, NEW YORK, N.Y.”.  Has a small round Union label affixed to back of housing. See pictures.
CONDITION:
Preowned- works as expected. Has a few minor scuffs but no abnormal wear or damage. Bottom of base has used double-sided tape (previously mounted), fixture stands solidly on level surfaces. Looks great with light on or off. See pictures for condition verification.
APPROXIMATE SIZE:
10 inches wide by 7 inches tall by 3-1/4 inches thick base.
