Standard Application Rates for Steri-Fab:
Steri-Fab is ready-to-use and should not be diluted.
Like many disinfectants, Sterifab is an antimicrobial agent that will kill many microorganisms on contact. Unlike antibiotics, which are designed to destroy microorganisms within the body, disinfectants like Sterifab work by destroying the microbes at the cellular level or hindering their basic metabolic functions.
That’s why Sterifab is commonly used in hospitals, prisons, dental surgeries, kitchens, bathrooms, offices – anywhere that humans live or work.

Surfaces and objects must be cleaned of gross filth before treatment. Spray surfaces and articles until thoroughly dampened and allow to remain wet for at least 10 minutes.

TO KILL ROACHES, BEDBUGS, ANTS AND SILVERFISH:
The infested areas should be sprayed thoroughly and repeatedly, directing the spray into all crevices, cracks, hiding places, seams, creases and folds.
TO KILL LICE AND LOUSE EGGS:
The infested areas should be sprayed thoroughly and repeatedly, directing the spray into all crevices, cracks, hiding places, seams, creases and folds.
TO KILL FLEAS AND TICKS:
the infested area should be sprayed thoroughly and repeatedly directing the spray into all animal quarters and surrounding areas. For best results remove and destroy old animal bedding prior to use. Do not spray animals. Animals should be treated with an appropriate flea and tick spray designed for their use before they reenter the treated area.
TO KILL SOWBUGS, CENTIPEDES, FIREBRATS AND MITES:
The infested area should be sprayed thoroughly and repeatedly directing the spray into all crevices, cracks and other hiding places.
FOR BACTERIOSTATIC, FUNGISTATIC AND DEODORIZATION MATTRESSES (SURFACES):
Spray coverage varies from 4-8 ounces depending on size. Single bed and folding cot mattresses use 4-5 ounces of STERI-FAB. Double bed mattresses use 6-8 ounces of STERI-FAB.
SOFAS-UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS (SURFACES):
Small sizes such as love seats use 4-5 ounces STERIFAB. Regular size sofas use 6-8 ounces. Use 8 ounces of STERI-FAB on convertible sofas.
FOR DISINFECTION OF NON-POROUS SURFACES

Extra Tips for Using Steri-Fab
Steri-Fab does not leave any residual, so it should be used in conjunction with residual products for pest control.
Before applying, be sure that the nozzle is set at fine spray.
Always shake well before and during application.
Do not apply directly to people or animals.
Do not apply directly to clothing, shoes, or other garments that will be worn.
